IR/PR is about people. Ultimately, IR/PR is a channel for understanding the public in order to influence buying decisions. But first, PR is relating to human challenges to build brand affinity. I position IR/PR strategies with communications that influences the public with metrics, or affinity, or whatever it is that motivates the target audience.
